Since the hotel was not near the theme park, we could either go by our own car or take the shuttlebus that was provided for free by Hershey. Both options would get us to the park. While the bus was free, we would have to ride it with everyone else, leave when it was convenient for the bus and deal with loading two strollers and backpacks and kids on at once. With the car, we might get lost, we would have to pay ten dollars, but on the flip side we could go on our own time and not be rushed to pack everything at once.
I figure sainthood might be the same way.
Sure, we could probably get there on our own. We might have to pay a little more and we run the risk of getting completely lost and never getting to the destination while the entire time thinking we are on the right path.
Or we could hitch on to the path that is guided by the one who runs the entire park in the first place. He pays the fee for you and you won't have to get lost.
In the end we picked the shuttlebus because we didn't want to pay the price ourselves and the risk of getting lost wasn't worth it. It ended up being a lot nicer than we thought it would be. It brought us right to the front of the park, we didn't have to walk far, and in looking at the path it took to get there, I would have gotten lost.
Just something to think about.
